Monday 5.30-6.45pm Energising Vinyasa Flow

Pace: faster pace

Level: Suitable for all

A more challenging class with work on core strength, balance and flexibility

with at least 15 minutes for relaxation at the end.

Tuesday 5.45-7.15pm Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra

Pace: Long hold poses and guided Yoga nidra meditation.

Level: Suitable for all.

Wednesday 6-7.15pm Energising Vinyasa Flow

Level: all levels & suitable for complete beginners.
